Borrowing books

Membership fee: ₱200/year

🪪 Entry Protocol:
All visitors must present a valid ID to enter the UCM building.
Union Church of Manila reserves the right to limit entry when the facility is full to ensure peace, safety, and security.

THE TARDIS LANDED IN MAKATI

The Little Free Library in the Legaspi Market has been valuable in attracting new library volunteers and members, but it can also look forward to a new companion very much like itself! Coming from across all of space and time and landing at the Rada St. Entrance of Union Church of Manila, Doctor Who’s famous TARDIS finally arrived. This new Little Free Library branch is a full-size replica of the iconic blue police box on the outside, but true to the spirit of the TARDIS, it holds so much more within. It is now filled with books that are free for the public to take as they please, and is called the “The Public Book Box” to uphold the philosophy of the Little Free Library: “Take a book, and leave a book.”

Our Curbside Pickup Service will remain in place for those who prefer that option. The book drop box for returning books is available at the Rada St. entrance 24 hours.

The library is open on:

Tuesday and Saturday – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Wednesday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Sunday – 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

CLOSED on Thursday, Friday, and during government declared holidays.
