The UCM Library is a public lending library

provided as a community service project

by Union Church of Manila.

The library offers regular fun and educational activities such as storytelling, creative writing workshop, self-defense for women workshop, cooking demo, and many more. Learn more

Membership

To be able to borrow the books, listen to the music, and watch the movies that your library provides, all you have to do first is get your library card. Learn more

About The Library at UCM

The library of Union Church of Manila began as an outreach of the Women’s ministry to the expatriate community. It was staffed by volunteer women of the community, both church members and non-members. In the past, it was not specifically a library for church members, nor was it open on Sundays.

In the mid 1980’s the women who then ran the library sought to make it more accessible to the church members by having it open on Sundays a couple of times a month. It was welcomed and successful.

The library had its dedication August 10, 2003.

Regular Library Hours

Monday: 9am-12nn * 1-4pm
Tuesday: 9am-12nn * 1-4pm
Wednesday: 9am-12nn * 1-6pm
