A. Who can be members of the library?

  • The UCM Library is open to everyone.
    Anyone can become a member by fulfilling the membership requirements and agreeing to follow the library’s guidelines and the administrative protocols of Union Church of Manila.

    Whether you’re a student, professional, church attendee, or simply someone who loves to read, we welcome you to be part of our library community.

B. What are members’ privileges?

The library shall grant special lending and use to its members as follows:

  • As a UCM Library member, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

    • Borrowing privileges for circulation books and other materials (excluding items marked for Home Room Use only)

    • Access to multimedia materials for learning and personal enrichment

    • Priority access to Internet and Wi-Fi within the library

C. What are the requirements to be a member?

Thank you for your interest in becoming a UCM Library member.

Please don’t forget to email the supporting documents.

  • Government-issued ID/copy of your Passport,
  • 1 copy of the current 1×1 ID picture

2. In addition to (1), the applicant must submit a photocopy of proof of current billing address or (e.g., electric or phone bill);

Instructions for Library Registration:

1.  Please make sure to submit all the required documents completely.

2. You can go ahead with the library fee payment only after you’ve received the confirmation letter from the Head Librarian.

After payment, please send a screenshot or scanned copy of your payment confirmation or deposit slip to ucmlib@gmail.com. This will help UCM verify your payment and issue an Official Receipt upon request. Thank you!

E. What is the protocol for entering the building?

  • To enter the building, individuals are required to follow the established protocol, which includes presenting a valid form of identification.

  • We’ll also send out an email to remind you when it’s time to renew your membership
  • Pick-up our library newsletter
